Old Time Outfitting Service, Lic. #15, is an experienced Colorado outfitting company and has been operating horse back trips and pack services into the Holy Cross Wilderness and the backcountry of the Frying Pan River Valley within the White River National Forest for years.

Our trips are designed for people that want to experience the beauty and solitude of the Colorado wilderness and backcountry by horseback. Our experienced riding horses and pack mules will provide many relaxing hours in the saddle in some of the most beautiful high country in Colorado.

This trip is scheduled during the time that the fall colors of the Colorado Rockies are generally at their best and the Rocky Mountain Elk are in full rut and bugling. This trip is conducted in the back country of the Frying Pan River Valley on the White River National Forest. This is an exceptional time to be in the Colorado Rockies and the trip is conducted for maximum wildlife observation, photography and enjoyment of the fall colors.

$200.00 per day per guest
All trips include: beautiful scenery, trout fishing, photography, wildlife observation, meals, backcountry accommodations, guides, experienced mountain horses and tack, plus an enjoyable time. Guests must provide their sleeping bag, and personal items.
